    Hi,

Do you get the same if you click the link to reset the private key and get a new one?

If you do, then post an *old* (i.e. cycled one that isn’t current) here. We can then see if it is correct, indicating that the problem is in your scanner app, or not.

I have reset the key at least 5 time and none of it works with Authy. Same “Token couldn’t be read” error.

For test I just used my Authy with another website and it works fine.

You’re saying that Authy scanned the code fine, but “QR Scanner” didn’t? If so, then the best thing to do is to report that to the authors of “QR Scanner”.

Otherwise, I need the actual QR code, not just the private key that it encodes. I can’t confirm that the QR code correctly encodes the key without having both.

When I try to scan the QR code, it gives the error. So, Authy didn’t scan it at all.

How do I attach you the actual QR code as I don’t see option to attach images here in my reply.

Scanned fine to the private key code you mention on the first app I tried it on, with a very cheap camera – https://snipboard.io/X8hYbr.jpg . If it doesn’t scan on your app, you’ll want to get support from the support for that app.

Did you use Authy? You have used another app. The plugin mentions Authy as an app for which plugin works but it doesn’t work on Authy.

The QR code system for encoding text is an international standard. It will work in any compliant app (for example, the one I used); see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code

If scanning works in other apps, but not in Authy, then you need to ask Authy for support for that (we are not Authy and I have no useful knowledge about their products).
