UPGRADE to WordPress 6.1, from WordPress Current version: 5.9.5

My aim is to UPGRADE to WordPress 6.1, from WordPress Current version: 5.9.5:
I HAVE done backup my Files via FTP and Database MySQL via PhpMyAdmin

    1
    https://xyz.com/blog/wp-admin/export.php

    Choose what to export
    Content to export
    All content
    Got XML file:
    3.6MB
    Q1
Imported includes what? Seems somehow minimal size… well?

MySQL via PhpMyAdmin export database got:
    xyz_admin_xyz__QUICK.sql 8MB
    Q2

    [xyz@253 ~]$ mysql -V
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.40, for Linux (x86_64) using Edit Line wrapper
    [xyz@253 ~]$ php -v
    PHP 7.2.34 (cli) (built: Nov 1 2022 19:27:15) ( NTS )
Copyright (c) 1997-2018 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v3.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2018 Zend Technologies
    [xyz@253 ~]$

    MultiPHP Manager
    System PHP Version
The system default PHP version is set by the system administrator.
Any domain that is set to the inherit value indicates that it does not have its own PHP version explicitly set. Read more about inherit.
    PHP 7.2 (ea-php72) Deprecation warning

BUT THE SCREENSHOT HERE SHOWS WEBSITE VERSION== 7.4: https://disk.yandex.com/i/w1QiAPXhf8_dBg

    Q3
My WordPress Current version: 5.9.5 Supports PHP 8.0 and MySQL 5.7.4(Not change the MySQL Version) …???
Is it OK to change PHP from 7.4 to 8.0 and after upgrading WP to 6.1? From https://xyz.com/blog/wp-admin/update-core.php

Does it need to be changed and the DEFAULT Server PHP Version? PHP 7.2 to 8.0… OR ONLY the website PHP version: 7.4 (ea-php74) To 8.0…? only the site PHP version?
