QSM 7.1.11 is not saving all answers (empty answers in results)

    Using the latest version (7.1.11) of QSM and finding the results are saving blank answers for some questions.

    This is intermittent behavior and is not reliably reproduced every time. I’m using the ‘survey’ template, there is no time limit, and the questions are a mixture of Multiple Response (required), Multiple Choice Horizontal (required), and Short Answer (not required).

    This doesn’t make sense to me since the quiz/survey cannot be submitted without the user making a selection (because some questions are set to required), so there must be a problem when the plugin is attempting to save the data.

    My mistake. On further inspection some custom javascript was conflicting with the form submission functionality. After re-testing without any custom page mods I was unable to replicate the issue.
