QSM activation locks out of WordPress admin console

I have downloaded the free Quiz and Survey Master plugin for setting up quizzes in my Cricket Blog Website: https://www.reshamSpeaks.com

Whenever I activate the plugin, an error page appears with message: “Critical error”

It locks me out of the WordPress admin page: /wp-admin/

I have to rename the QSM plugin from FTP in order to get access to admin page again.
