    Hi.

    A webmaster in our team has reported that when QSM is activated, our website immediately gets a Server Error 500, and the error disappears immediately when the plugin folder is moved and the plugin is disabled

    I hope this message finds you well. My apologies for the delayed response.

    Regarding the 500 server error you encountered, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the QSM plugin.

    To resolve this issue, I recommend using FTP access to remove the QSM plugin from the wp-content folder. Once deleted, you should be able to log into your WordPress dashboard. From there, please install and activate the latest version of the QSM plugin from the WordPress repository.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue. If not, we will take further steps to ensure the problem is fully addressed.

    Thank you very much for your very kind reply.

    I tried what you mentioned, deleted the plugin folder, re-installed it

    Now when I try to go to https://theswissquality.ch/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=qsm_quiz

    I get the error message

    You need a higher level of permission.

    Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.

    I am the administrator and logged in as such

    Hi and Thank you for the friendly support I have received so far.

    The server error 500 issue is happening again.

    There is clearly a conflict between Quiz And Survey Master Version 9.2.1 and and the Divi Version: 4.27.2 By?Elegant Themes

    Can you help out?
