QT_SUPPORTED_WP_VERSION was a hassle and now a nightmare

WordPress will do automatic updates and this variable will break our site without being notified (yes, maybe by a phone call of an angry client).
So If I have 30 wordpress site I will need to edit the value of this constant.I think and vote for this variable to be deleted…
