Qtn on conversion of Simple to Variable Prd VIA CSV Import

  • Hi – I am trying to convert a Simple Prod to Variable Prod VIA CSV Import, unfortunately it is NOT working.

    I converted a couple from FrontEnd, did a CSV Export. I then manipulated the prod entries for other SKUs, did an Import, & instead a NEW Variable Prod is being created (instead of variation of master prod) ?!

    What am I doing wrong ? I am pretty certain of integrity of data import. Could it be the case that maybe Headers are not fully or properly created before doing Import ?

    Pls help.
