qTranslate?X mo file

I changed the plugin from mqTranslate to qTranslate?X.
The default language was English and it didn’t have a language code /en/ on any URLs when I was using mqTranslate.

Since I changed to qTranslate-X, all the /en/ pages are error, and other languages pages work.

Is there a way to create .mo file automatically or do I have to do this manually?
If so, could anyone please help me how to do it?

I am quite a beginner of this kind of things so cannot know much about codes and so.
