Qtranslate (OG Tag + Twitter Card) – Bad display

    Hello,
    I am using Yoast SEO + Qtranslate plugin but my social networks (og tag and twitter card) are badly displayed with Yoast; they do not take into account the Qtranslate tag.

    For example for any title / meta description I have = [:fr] text1 [:en] text2 [:].
    For pages and media it is well take into account via the plugin Integration: Yoast SEO & qTranslate-X.

    But for social, in source code I have:

    ? <meta property=”og:title” content=”[:fr] text1 [:en]text2[:]” />
    ? <meta property=”og:description” content=”[:fr]text3[:en]text4[:]” />
    It should display = text1 for language1 and text2 for language2….

    Someone have the same issue ? have a fix idea ?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We are not really familiar with how qtranslate-X internals work, but do know that the plugin has not been updated and maintained for over 4 years now. Having said this, we expect there can be conflicts with plugins and themes at this time. We encourage you to look out for another multilingual solution that is actively maintained.
