  • Hi and thanks for contacting us! ??

We provide support for WPML, but I’ve never personally tested with q-translate before. We did have that similar issue with WPML some time ago and updated the plugin to fix.

I’ll do some digging/testing to see what I can find out for you and I’ll respond back shortly!

For now, I apologize, the only work around is to create the 2 different galleries (one for each language)

    Thanks

    Hi ??

I apologize for the dealy, some how I had lost this from my to-do and only came across your ticket today.

I do know that yes Q Translate and WPGlobus seem to have the same issue. WPML does work as expected.

I’ve pinged the developers to ask them to have a look at this, if there is anything these plugins will allow us to send through. It retains the columns and if you’ve enabled setting the dimensions on the images. But it will not send through the cropped image url when you switch languages.

Unfortunately the only work around I can give you (as the developers review this) is to switch the galleries to ‘Automatic’ so at least they would all have the same look/feel across all languages.

    I apologize for the trouble!

    Hi @baltexarketing ??

Just following up that the fix for this has been released now! Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention!
