qTranslate-X Main Menu shows a blank page

    Today I installed the q-Translate-X plugin on my new WordPress website. When I go to Settings > Languages, the main menu options are there but the they lead to blank pages.

    Settings > Languages
    Main Menu :
    General – Advanced – Integration – Import/Export – Languages

    For example, if I click on Languages, I should see a list of languages to pick from. But for now I see a blank page.

    WordPress version : 4.2.4
    qTranslate-X version : 3.4.4
    WPBakery Visual Composer version : 4.3.5
    WPBakery Visual Composer & qTranslate-X version : 1.0

    In any case, the first thing is to figure out what exactly error is occurring.

    I am also experiencing this problem.
    qtranslate-x 3.4.6.4
    Wordpress 3.9.2
    I have read the troubleshooting link provided right above, where by the way the first instruction for fixing this error is, funny enough, “fix the JS error”. Very helpful.
    Anyway, I’m not getting any errors in my Javascript console. Zero.
    I have also tried the second instruction: disabling all other plugins (offending and unoffending), but no game: regardless what, the settings page shows empty tabs.
    I’ve also tried different browsers, ad-block and the like deactivated. No game.
    I don’t have access to the server’s error logs.
    I don’t know since when this is happening. It’s been working good for years, but it’s months since I don’t go into the settings page, so I can’t tell from which update this happens.
    Any suggestions, please? Help appreciated.
