Qty issue when add to cart any product

Hello,
Hope you are doing good ..
I am having an issue with your this plugin i don’t know why ..
When i add the plugin into wishlist and go to the wishlist page and add the product into cart it shows me 2x qty’s …
i think your this version of plugin is not compatible with latest version of woocommerce can you please check it .. Any help will be appreciated ??
