quad_cc parameter adds on version 2.0.57.1

There is an issue with the latest version: 2.0.57.1.
The pluggin now adds quad_cc parameter at the end of Post preview URLs.
And it looks like the parameter quad_cc also adds in live post URLs (Reason: Analytic is showing URLs with quad_cc).
