[quads id=1] is not showing any ads

Thanks for the info. We have tried to recreate the issue and not getting the issue that you are mentioned. The AD1 is perfectly getting without any issue. You can see in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/3Si95dKghuuY

I am using [quads id=1] shortcode and I see the following empty DOM

<div class="quads-location quads-ad" id="quads-ad" style="float:none;margin:20px;"></div>
but the screenshot you mentioned (i.e, https://prnt.sc/3Si95dKghuuY) shows different DOM

I didn’t make any changes to the page, I just updated the plugin. After updating the ads stopped showing

The version I was using before Version 1.6.0, but now I updated it to the latest Version 2.0.58.1
do I have to make any changes to the settings?

It doesn’t make any sense.

All I did was update the Version from 1.6.0 latest version. I guess I have to revert back to the old version.

Sorry for the inconvenience extremely. Is the issue happening with the latest version only? please test once by a rollback to the previous version by using the wp-rollback plugin and let us know back the result. So that we will assist you accordingly to resolve it.
