Quality loss when a 3D model is displayed

Good evening, I need to understand why I lose quality when viewing the 3D model uploaded to the site.

The .3ds model was provided to me by the manufacturer and can be viewed at this link:

I converted the file to glb and uploaded it correctly to the site. You can see the model at the following link:

The problem is in the loss of quality when I try to view the model within the environment.

Once I upload it to wordpress, ar display shows me this preview:
