Quancast and AMP integration

Can you help me?? I followed the guideliness here https://help.quantcast.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057007654-Quantcast-Choice-AMP-Implementation-Guide
I put the code inside the header but I think I did it wrong.
Can you indicate me how I can do it correctly?? In wordpress?? Because I put both codes inside <head> codes </head> in header.php
I noticed some errors on adsense that indicates TCF 2.0 errors domain Unknown. And I think its because Amp was activated last days ago. Everydays it increases. See here: https://i.imgur.com/zWirxSh.png
