I just installed the free/lite version of the Woocommerce All Discounts plugin and I LOVE the quantity based pricing functionality. This is exactly what I was looking for, and I’ve been testing probably a dozen plugins to try to accomplish this functionality. Your plugin is wonderful for simple products, however, the quantity based pricing doesn’t work for variable products. Any thoughts on what the issue could be? Seems like a major bug.

Also, is there a way to display the original price next to the discount price in the cart? Similar to standard Woocommerce functionality with discounts/sales applied.

Also also, your support email does not work. Just got a bounce back ??

    Hello,

Thank you for your kind words. What were you trying to do with variable products?

I’m trying to create quantity/bulk pricing discounts for all of the products in my store. For example, if a user adds a quantity of 7-12 items to cart, the per-unit price is discounted 5%. 13-24 items is discounted 7% per unit, etc.

This works perfectly with products with no variations (Simple Products), but if I have a Variable Product, the quantity based pricing module doesn’t work. The tab still appears and I’ll enter all of the tiers and discounts, and the table will even display on the front-end, but if a user adds 10 items to cart (for example, a blue t-shirt size M), the 5% discount isn’t applied to the items.

Basically I’m looking for the same functionality to work with Variable Products as with Simple Products; I don’t necessarily need to add tiered pricing for each individual variation, but I’d like to have a percentage discount for the whole product across all variations if the user adds a certain quantity to the cart, if that makes sense. Is that possible?

    Hello,

Yes that’s possible but only in the premium version…
