Quantity Button at product page and at cart page not working

Hi,
Quantity Button at single product page and at cart page not working . At Single Product Page due to non functioning of quantity button add to cart button not work . As i change theme to 2017 Quantity Button works at single product page and at cart page .Kindly help to overcome the problem
