quantity button (checkout/ cart page)

Hallo,

I hope someone can help me.
I want to limit the quantity button like I describe ein the follwing text:

For example: Someone buys a pillow in my onlineshop, the person is going to the cart page.Then there is the quantity button, and the person can use the dropdown at the quantity button, and can only buy for example seven of the same pillow.
As a visual example please go the following webpage (www.macys.com), but for example a shoe in the cart, then go to “add to bag”, then to “view bag and checkout” , then you can see the shoe and the quantity button which is limited to 6 shoes.
