• Hi, I’m installed the woocommerce quantity increment in my web, with Ronneby Theme.
My first problem was that the arrows of the quantity selector did not appear in the variable products, so I installed this plugin. With this plugin I solved the problem of the arrows of the selector in the variable products, but another problem was created, which is that the arrows were duplicated in the simple products and in the cart, and by clicking on the selector instead of uploading 1 unit , go up 2 steps.
The worst thing is that now if I delete the plugin, the update cart button stops working.
It’s possible to delete the predefined plus minus arrows and function?
    I’m going crazy.
    Can you help me?
    Thanks in advance.

  • If I could add to the request for assistance with this. It seems to have broken my wordpress site. My problem is that I had installed the plugin, and then a theme I’m using seemed to have employed it in their code. I removed the plugin and the problem still happened, removed it from the theme and no buttons. Added the plugin back and it still adds double.

I’ve spent countless hours trying to track this issue with no luck. All I can see that gives me a clue is that the event listener has a Jquery and Live tag. I can also see that the function runs itself twice but I’m only seeing one listener attached to it. I had hacked it to work by dividing the addition by two, but since I have more complex code that needs to then sort this figure after it has been altered, that method is problematic. The code I’ve written for it is not the problem, I’ve tried it with all plugins and my custom code disabled and the problem still occurs on this site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Ok, I FINALLY got to the bottom of what was causing this. The issue stems from a setting in the theme which controls page transitions. If I disable AJAX as the method, the counter works normally again. Hope that helps some of you, this problem will turn you blue in the face.
