Quantity discount not working

    My products costs is US$9.95.

    At Qty 5 I want to discount each item by $1.00. However, the cart shows a total discount of $1.00 and the item price is discounted by $0.20. ($0.20 x 5 items = $1.00)

    At Qty 10 I have a $2.00 per item discount. When I change the quantity in my cart it still only shows a $1.00 discount, and the item price is reduced by $0.10.

    I have other quantity tier discounts, but I think this illustrates my issue.

    Basically, the plugin is applying a $1.00 to the entire cart for any quantity over 5.

    I had this working a few months ago, and checked today to make sure it was still working. It is not.

    Last time when i fixed this issue so one of plugin users argued about multiple of discount tiers. What could i do?

    e.g.

    At qty. 5 = $1
    so its understood that qty 10 = $2 discount

    But that user was insisting on custom tiers if exists

    e.g.
    keep $1 till next tiers comes and ignore the multiple of previous tiers.

    What do you suggest?

    At Qty 5 I want a $1.00 per item discount.
    At Qty 10 I want a $2.00 per item discount
    At Qty 15 I want a $3.00 per item discount
    At Qty 20 I want a $4.00 per item discount

    I’m trying to do it this way so the per item discount applies to quantities between tiers. So 6 would get a $1.00/item discount and 11 would get a $2.00/item discount, for example.

    I hope that makes sense.

    I got it but make sure that you defined the $2 for 10 and $3 for 15 and so on? Can you please send me a screenshot of your product discounts criteria? And it would be nice if you can reach me through my blog/contact page. In case this issue needs more attention so i would prefer to fix it with your case study.
