Question 1:

If you use a product field for quantity you can put the quantity merge tag in a number field formula: {Product Name A (Quantity):1.3}

Question 2:
I don’t think shortcodes are supported in the conditional logic field.

Can we put Gravity Count as the value in a field inside a form? Does it work?

Example:

Quantity Field: default value area {Product Name A (Quantity):1.3}

Possible?

Or in which field we put it will work?

I can also use that field to notify with conditional logic if I do this.

As far as I know it is also not possible to use shortcodes in a fields default value. I think you will need custom code to achieve this.
