    Riojjacob,

Thank you for reaching out to the support form. We noticed you also submitted a POS support request from the plugin. We will consider that request closed and follow-up here on the public form.

We appreciate you flagging this error on the quantity decimal point. The dialog window allowing a decimal point for the quantity input amount is a bug. The dialog should not include the functionality to allow the user to input a decimal point, the decimal point is not a supported quantity amount which is why the error is caused at checkout during order processing.

Our development team added the bug to the roadmap, in a future release, we will block the ability to add a decimal value to the quantity dialog.

We hope you enjoy the plugin, if so, please leave us a ★★★★★ rating on the plugin directory. A huge thanks in advance!

    Thank you for reporting.

    Support Team
