Hello, I’ve created a FB/Instagram feed but the products will not appear as it states quantity_to_sell is missing. Also, sizes are appearing in some of the titles with variations. How can I resolve this, thanks.

    Hi @drewdrewchristophercom

The feed is missing the attribute quantity to sell on Facebook. Please, follow this screenshot and add the attribute, Quantity to sell on facebook and use Quantity as the attribute value and regenerate the feed and re-upload it to Facebook.

I hope the above will help you solve the issue.

Thank you for the quick response. I’m having an issue where the size variation is showing in the title. Is there a solution for this? I’ve tried changing all the variation settings. Also, is it possible to carry over the site’s categories or do you have to use Facebook’s categories? https://www.shop.bestbuddies.org/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/facebook/xml/shopbestbuddiesfacebookandinstagramfeed.xml

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching us,

By default, the product feed includes variation information such as size, color, or other attribute values in the product title. If you want to exclude the variation data from the title, you should use the parent title instead of the product title. For creating a feed with the Facebook products category, you can try category mapping feature to associate your store categories with the product and send it to same facebook categories: https://webappick.com/docs/ctx-feed/configuration/how-to-map-store-category-with-merchant-category/
