Quantity /- missing & state/country drop down styling messed up

I updated my website to a dedicated IP and added a SSL certificate along with changing the site URL to https://www.domain.com from domain.com. After going through the process of updating name servers, etc. I now have a problem with WooCommerce.
The quantity +/- box has disappeared, styling on the Country/State drop downs has changed to super basic styling, and I believe that the text describing paypal at the bottom of checkout doesn’t appear any long.
Can anyone help me figure what has happened? Thank you!
