quantity not adding or removing

I understand how frustrating it is to chase a problem where the cause is not clear.

Checking your site’s source code I can see the quantity filed is hidden as you can see below:

I understand the theme developer mentioned that the problem isn’t affecting the demo version but since the problem is still present after disabling all plugins then it’s most likely theme related.

You can confirm this yourself by switching to the Storefront theme temporarily.

If you’re not comfortable with changing the theme on the live site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

I suggest reaching out to the theme developer once more and letting them know whether the issue disappears when you switch themes. If they’re unable to assist you, I suggest you get in touch with a developer from here.

Hi Saif thanks for your kind reply and support. definitely will get back to PINKMART KITESTUDIO our theme developer and check this issue with him. However, can you try adding to basket and proceed to checkout from your side? everything normal or you get an error? let me know please if ok with you the Arabic as well.

However, I want you to please to add to the cart items and proceed to checkout but don’t place an order, I just want to make sure are you able to make it normally? is there any issues from your side or errors? let me know if you have an issue with the Arabic. Thanks!

i fixed the quantity. necessary done now but once i click add to cart, the items are not adding in the basket, please can you try it from your side and let me know your feedback for this. Thanks for your cooperation and support.

I can see the same issue on my end, I went back, and I can see the cart but the cart in working once you go back to the home page, which is not the expected behavior.

As mentioned previously, you can temporarily switch the site theme to Storefront, if the issue is not present with Storefront, I recommend getting in touch with your theme support, they can provide you with more information.
