Quantity Rules not working

    I was hoping this was exactly the plug-in I needed as I need to set two rules for Wholesale Buyers. I need one rule for most small products and one for larger, so in both cases I selected:

    • Minimum: either 6 (small) or 4 (large)
      Maximum: 100 (not that I needed to but I added it since having nothing didn’t work either)
      Out of stock min: 6
      Out f stock max: 100 (same reason as above, not sure what purpose this one serves)
      Step value: 1
      Priority: either 1 (small) or 2 (large)

      • For each rule I selected 3 product categories, e.g.. small covers gift tags, greeting cards and notebooks.
      I didn’t select product tags as there are hundreds of these, is this a problem? I would have thought the category took care of the items needing to be covered.
      For user roles I selected administration and wholesale buyer (i started only selecting WB but that didn’t work, I tried selecting all of them which didn’t work either, and this is where I stopped).

      Under Advanced Rules I tried selecting: Activating site wide rules but that broke the guest side of the shop.

      I added: Show quantity notification on Product page (above add to cart) but it doesn’t show up. I left the notification text untouched (Minimum Qty: %MIN%) as I figured this was extracting the %MIN% from the corresponding rule. (I couldn’t figure out the message shortcode detail or where to add it.)

      If I look at a product it does say that a rule is active but it doesn’t show when a user is logged in as a wholesale buyer.

      I am using the LaBomba theme.

      I realise moderating a forum takes time but I have to admit to being in a dire emergency, I had actually spent a lot of money on a set of plugins that I had assumed would do what I needed and have in fact got me nowhere. I have now wasted a week waiting for their support and I am now really behind, I have users waiting for me to get this organised. I would really appreciate a rapid response if you possibly can.     Are you using a custom database prefix, by chance? I just fixed a bug that was causing problems when there was a custom database prefix (2.1.8)

    I just posted a new update that should fix the site-wide rules issues you’re seeing (2.1.9)

    Can you please try it out and let me know if it resolves the problem.

    (Do you have any suggestions for a great wholesale plug-in? Having trouble getting one that works the way I want.)

    What features are you looking for? What types of restrictions or allowances are you looking to provide to wholesalers?
