I just noticed today, all the Qubely blocks are not available anymore. I couldn’t add Qubely blocks when creating new posts. When editing older posts, I got “Your site doesn’t include support for the “qubely/row” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.

Anybody else experience this? Is this because of the latest WordPress version 6.6.1?

    Thanks,
    -M

Downgrading to previous WordPress solved this issue. So Qubely currently is not compatible with the latest version 6.6.1.

? I got the response from the Themeum Team:

We are writing to inform you about an unforeseen situation that is currently impacting our operations. Due to an ongoing student quota protest in Bangladesh, the government has implemented a nationwide internet shutdown. As our primary office is located in Bangladesh, this disruption has rendered our team unable to come online and continue their work.

Unfortunately, this means that our operations have been temporarily halted, and we are currently unable to address any ongoing issues or requests. We understand the importance of maintaining seamless service for your sites and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Our team outside of Bangladesh, including myself, is actively monitoring the situation and doing everything possible to mitigate the impact on your services. However, given the scope of the internet shutdown, we are limited in our ability to fully resolve issues until connectivity is restored.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We will keep you updated on any developments and work diligently to resolve all outstanding matters as soon as the situation normalizes.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

    Hello Community,

We would like to inform you that Qubely is no longer compatible with the latest WordPress update, version 6.6.1. Additionally, Themeum has discontinued updates for Qubely as they focus on developing their new page builder, Droip.

This means that we users of Qubely may experience issues if attempting to use it with updated versions of WordPress.

Pretty much writing off using anything from Themeum ever in the future, and will advocate to anyone who will listen to stay far away from this brand.

Was a paying subscriber for several years and to have them drop support with things a buggy incompatible mess is unacceptable. I already had the Qubely version locked at 1.8.7 due to issues saving styles in subsequent versions. I have many client sites built using Qubely and am now forced to figure out how to transition them off this.

It would be one thing if the source code was made open source so paying customers could proceed with their own support, but to just drop support and leave paying customers high and dry, it’s a bad look.

Customers of anything coming from Themeum, buyer beware and use at your own risk.

The Qubely add-on unexpectedly got an update last week and it works again with the new WordPress 6.2.2 version.
I hope the support will continue in the future as well!

    Best regards, Jarmo Lindberg
