Hi, I have downloaded and configured the Sportpress plugin and I’m really impressed with the functionality of it. At the moment though there are a few things which I can’t figure out how to do

    1) How/Where can I enter the scores for Events e.g. Gaa Goals and Points?

    2) I have set up Outcome/Results in Setting > Configure with an option for Win, Lose, Draw and have selected Win/Lose/Draw for the team in the Event settings but the Win/Lose/Draw bit doesn’t seem to appear anywhere on the Event view

3)Can I add/remove Columns from the Event list for things that are already set up in the event e.g. I have different League, Championship etc – can I add the column for that so it displays on the Event list

    Thanks

@thatsthewaywegetby Glad to hear you’re enjoying the plugin!

    1. You can enter scores for events in the “Team Results” section when editing an event. To add columns to this section, go to SportsPress > Settings > Configure and click “Add New” below the “Team Results” section.

    2. Event outcomes will only be displayed in an event page if the checkbox next to “Outcome” is checked in the “Team Results” section.

    3. The current version does not have an option to display leagues or seasons in event lists, but I’ll add this to our feature requests so we can add it in a future update ??

Hi, sorry I closed this before checking it out properly.

On point number 2 above – I probably didn’t explain myself properly. On the Event List there is a heading Time/Results. I presumed this column would display the time for future matches and the results for matches already played? On my event list it displays the time for all matches, even those which are in the past and which there is an ‘Outcome’ for in the Event details

is there a way to automate all of this? i was looking at building an app that would calculate the scores, but i’d like to push the data into sportspress since you have such a nice interface already made.
