Query based on ACF field or Tag?

This plugin seems to be great with Author based queries and I tried adding a plugin to add multiple authors to the same post but it didn’t find any authors that were not the first in the list. I have a custom field in the User area with a company name. The posts have a company name ACF field too. I even added the company name to tags. I need to figure out how to get the User ACF field value and match that with the Post ACF field or the tag. Any help is greatly appreciated.
