Query before purchase

I am wanting a form to do this, if this is possible I am keen to upgrade to pro if available?

1. My form is a booking form, it will be very similar to, but have many more options, as per your example of a free booking form on your wordpress plugin.

2. Can the amount of weeks be calculated between the start/end date automatically? E.g. a hidden field calculating that between the start date and end date it is 2 weeks. This will depend on the deposit amount required.

3. Can a field by dynamically added? For example, I want the user to add in the NAME and AGE of each GUEST – up to 8 guests? I want them to be able to click a + icon to add another guest, for the amount they want?

4. Can they sign with their mouse or finger on smart phone as a digital signature?

5. Can the form add up the total amount required, based on selected options such as whether they want option A (Yes/No), option B (Yes/No), and send that total amount to a hidden field – which will allow them to pay via PAYPAL as one option?
