Query on Matomo Plugin Compatibility with WooCommerce HPOS Feature

    Dear Matomo Support Team,

    I am currently using Matomo Analytics with my WooCommerce store and am considering enabling the HPOS feature for WooCommerce. I wanted to inquire if the Matomo plugin is compatible with this feature. If it is not yet compatible, do you have a timeline for when it might be updated to support HPOS?

    Hello @floriankinn and @hopper87it. As of the moment, we don’t have any details yet for HPOS feature. Not to worry though. This has been forwarded to our developers to be reviewed.

    We can’t promise, when it will be available but please wait for the upcoming updates that we’ll have.

    Is there any update on this?

    Given that WooCommerce 8.2 has been released now, I’d like to switch to HPOS, but Matomo is preventing it, because WC says it’s incompatible.

    Hi, we use the latest version of Matomo Analytics at the moment (4.15.2) and according to Woocommerce it is not compatible with HPOS. When will this be compatible?
