Query Pages and Page the_excerpt

  • I am trying to show
    (a) 3 Posts on the front Page
    (b) the_excerpt from 3 pages right on the bottom on that.
    I have googled the whole afternoon and i can’t seem to find any useful information. Can you please help me with the code for querying specific pages. Is it possible?
