Recently I found out that a query parameter “?f4a2f5” has started appearing after every image URL on my website https://www.environmentabout.com/ causing duplicate image locations.

I can’t figure out why it is happening? Earlier, the image URLs didn’t have this query parameter.

Please help me fix this issue.

  • It’s output by your theme.

Check if you have the problem if you switch over to the default WordPress theme.

BTW, you are running a very old version of WordPress and open to the risk of getting hacked and other problems. Update WordPress, all plugins and all installed themes as soon as possible.
