Query parameters category and category_id does not work on multiple category?

Hello

So I try the category and category_id

Example: I create category A,B,and C with posts in each categories and create shortcode

[display-posts category_id=”A”]
**category A shown**

but
[display-posts category_id=”B,C”]
**only category B shown**

Is this query should work like this as intended or it shouldn’t work like this?
