Query Posts – Is this Possible?

    Hi I was wondering when i query my posts…
    Can i ask it to fit certain criteria e.g has to have a certain tag and to be from a certain cat
    Set it to display 5 posts via showposts

    and if only 3 posts match the tag then display 2 other random posts from a certain cat
    and if only 2 posts match the tag then display 3 other random posts from a certain cat

    you get the idea. so it always shows 5 posts, related + random.
