    Hi,

    We have some queries regarding Klaviyo’s integration which are listed below:

    1. We have a custom status “Invoice To be Printed”. This status will assign when a customer completes the checkout process and creates an order in WooCommerce. Due to this, the placed order event is not getting recorded on Klaviyo’s Activity Feed tab as I think it?works with order status “Processing”. Could you please suggest how can we fix it or if there is any status condition in your code then we can update it (i.e “Processing” to “Invoice To be Printed”)?

    2. The Viewed Product script is working fine but the currency (e.g USD, GBP…) information is missing. Could you please suggest how can we add the currency field in the Viewed Product script?

    3. The “Added to Cart” event does not record on Klaviyo’s Activity feed. Could you please check it and suggest how can we fix it?

    Thanks for the concise questions, this is very helpful.

    1. This can be adjusted by Klaviyo Support. They’ll need some additional information about your account in order to complete this request. Please reach out to our Support Team following one of the methods detailed here.

    2. We can add this feature request to our roadmap and it will be included in a future plugin release.

    3. Klaviyo’s plugin does not currently support Added to Cart events. However, this work is already scoped and scheduled to be added to a future release of Klaviyo’s plugin. Stay tuned!

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answers to my previous queries. I have one more query mentioned below:

    We have one more custom status “Shipped” for the completed order and I think the Fulfilled Order event trigger when the order status is “Completed”. Due to this, the Fulfilled Order event is not being recorded on Klaviyo. We have asked Klaviyo support to trigger the “Fulfilled Order” event for status “Shipped” but they said they can change the status for the “Placed Order” event but not for the “Fulfilled Order” event.

    Could you suggest what can we do to fix it?

    Sadly, Klaviyo’s integration does not support adjusting the status for which Fulfilled Order events will be recorded. However, we have added this feature request to our development board.

    If you wish to sync all existing fulfilled orders you would need to update all orders with status, Shipped, to Completed.
