Query Regarding Products

    Hi Nayeem,

    Am using Dokan from few months it have a great features and but i have 2 issues recently it occured
    1. when i try to upload products from seller dashboard->products->new product it not allowing me to upload products i tried with permalink and permission change in upload folder still its not working.
    2.Order status is not updating in seller dashboard in orders.

    could you please help us to solve this issue waiting for your earliest reply thanks in advance.

  • @pradeep1995, You have already created a ticket to our support system. We have notified you that your issues are occurring for the theme conflict. As per our support policy, we are unable to fix any third party theme conflict. We can only help to solve if there is any issue in our plugin’s default functionality.
