Query Taxonomy Terms inside of another Taxonomy

I have recently converted from custom meta fields to a custom taxonomies to take advantage of all the great features that it provides. At this time, I have build all the pages besides the main one. I would like to list the term country and then list another term Brewer inside of that. To list just the country, I can use the wp_list_categories, but I do not know how to use that to list the other terms. I think that it involves some other query, but I am unable to figure it out.

Taxonomies: Country and Brewers

Desired way for it to look.

Country
-->Brewer
---->Beer

How can I do this? I have been trying to get it done for months, and it is driving me crazy at this point.
