Query titles from custom post into taxonomy of another post type

Here’s the story. I have 2 custom post types that need to be associated together…

1. Corporate Partners who sponsor beautification projects.
2. Projects profiles that are sponsored by corporate partners.

I’m wondering it there’s a way to query the post titles from the “Corporate Partners” post type into a metadata box of the “Project Profile” post admin? This would hopefully prevent the client from having to enter a new taxonomy term every time they add a sponsor.

It would be nice to have the “Corporate Partners” pull a list of “project Profile” title in the same fashion eliminating the back and forth of entering double information.

Any code suggestion are much appreciated. If you have a better solution, bring it on.
