    I would like to know how to change the tab colors to a nice blue that would go with this theme. I was also wondering when I am creating pages it seems as tho it makes them instantly show up as a tab. Some pages I would like to use for tabs and others I would like to use as pages within the tabs.

    Change styles with CSS.
    I think you mean a “sub-menu/sub-pages”
    Fix this in WPadmin/appearance/menus.
