• Hi, if you login to your admin panel and go to Presentation, then choose Header Image and Color, you can change these options.

If you look at the Default/Kubrik theme header image, kubrickheader.jpg, it’s a blue blob with the border around it. I thought that was one image. How can the color picker differentiate and change ONLY the blue blob portion?

    Just a curious question, thank.

I liked it better when it was magic! What theme are you using?

the one i use i heavily modified from a combination of others and my own touches…

but there are bazillions of themes you can try out…

check out https://themes.wordpress.net for just a taste ??

Say… wwjoe, are you using wordpress.com? I’ve noticed the Kubrick there has the menu options you mention to customize tweak. As far as I can tell, it “hooks” an image generator to make a new header graphic.

If you mean WP.com for hosting no, I’m transferring to Site5.com as we speak. Do you have any more info on an image genterator?

Err, sorry. Apparently I’ve gone a bit insane. I hadn’t looked at Kubrick with hosted WP for a few versions. Didn’t realize it had the image builder thingy built in.

Anywho, to answer the question: I believe the color picker is working off a template graphic that is “pre-bordered”.
