Question About Arigato Pro

I am thinking about upgrading to the Pro version, because I would like to have different lists for different users. My question is:
If a user joins the “guest List”, and later they decide to join “paid member”, will they be removed from the “Guest List”?
I don’t want them to continue receiving emails that encourages them to join as a paid member, if they are already a paid member!
