    Hi guys,

    we use BuddyBoss and are looking into integrating WC Vendors or Dokan.

    We have already tested your free version and are considering testing the paid version as well. Questions in advance:

    After we activated your free version, we noticed that the BuddyBoss profile picture of the user (top right next to the user name) has disappeared.

    Is Dokan fundamentally incompatible with BuddyBoss?

    Regarding your concern about the disappearance of the BuddyBoss profile picture after activating the free version of Dokan, an official integration with BuddyBoss is currently unavailable with Dokan.

    Dokan is designed to be compatible with many WordPress themes and plugins, including BuddyBoss, there may be certain conflicts or incompatibilities that arise due to the complexity of different setups.

    Our team continuously works to improve compatibility with various themes and plugins, including BuddyBoss, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us prioritize our development efforts.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    During our initial tests of the free version, we discovered the following:

    The vendor dashboard is not responsive! In other words, it does not adapt to mobile sites.

    In certain places, the profile picture of the buddyboss user has disappeared.

    Basically, Dokan runs very smoothly. It would be a great pity if our decision were to go against you due to the aforementioned anomalies. Even before we have tested your paid version.
