Question about converting a XHTML/Css site into WordPress

HI i have this site

and need to convert it into wordpress. I have the wordpress document live ready to go so the next stage should be to create the template and then add the pages as I go.

Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows how to do something like this in wordpress, thanks.
