Question about creating an online store for drop shipping

    Me and my business partner are interested in having an online store for drop shipping and we are having trouble finding a hosting service that can provide us with website development that we need as well as good customer service.

    Is there a way that we can just make our own without GoDaddy or HostGator who’s services are fine, but the customer service ‘people’ communication sucks!

    We’ve been to Shopify, BIGCommerce, GoDaddy and HostGator and so far none of them have great customer service!

    I’m wondering what our solution can be because neither of us knows WordPress very well at all!

    Actually suggesting a hosting service is not an easy task. But it depends on the purpose of the server. If your site will have a heavy load of visitors then using cloud platforms can be a great solution. But for mid or beginning-level, basic SDD hosting is preferred.

    About customer support, everyone has a different experience with different hosting. Though WordPress does suggest these hosting services which might interest you.

    However, if you have any queries regarding the Dokan plugin then feel free to share.
