    Hello @iflowict,

You can select the specific order status email(s) you want to activate/attach the invoce in Dashboard > WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Attach to:

In this example, I selected “Completed order”, so the invoice will be activate and attach to the user after the order status change to “completed”:

An example of the Attach to option. The Completed order is selected

Let me know if you need more help!

    Thanks for the reply. @yordansoares
But I think send a new email with an attached invoice. In short, can’t it be split into two emails?? (regardless of status)

Do I have to think about how to realize this myself? ????

    Hello @iflowict,

You can use the Customer invoice / order details email which you can manually send from Order actions > Email invoice / order details to customer in the top right on the sidebar in the order details. This is not connected to any status.

The Professional extension also offers a separate email, which can be either tied to a specific order status, or also sent manually: Configuring the Order Notification email.
