Question about domain mapping / multi – site.

Yes but it’s not easy.

You’ll be both mapping domains AND using a multi-network setup.

So you make de.domain.com, map THAT to domain.de, and then make subsites there.

(in your case you could use example.com only for choosing the English, Dutch or German version)

For that structure it was not necessary to know anything about ‘domain mapping’. – Would that structure fit for your purpose?
