question about drawing blog

  • I have been working on my blog for awhile. Occasionally I like to draw or doodle a bit and I would like
    to be able to post some of my drawings inbetween my regular text posts. I’m not sure if I should somehow incorporate a photoblog design or how I might best approach this. Just looking for ideas how to do this for the time being.
    I’d also be interested in seeing other art/drawing blogs. I assume such things exist somewhere. If anyone could suggest such a site or provide a link that would be great.

  • You can just use the “upload an image” feature when you post. This will allow you to insert images in your text.

    I’m trying to figure out whether I should do this by putting in the hack or if I should update my blog to WordPress 1.2, which I understand has this upload image feature as a default. Any thoughts on this? Anyone know how long the conversion of an older WordPress blog to 1.2 takes?

    conversion would take what… 5 minutes if u got a good connection!
    the time actually depends upon:
    how many hacks.
    how much customisation.
    if u are on the default WP templates with no hacks. its pretty darn simple.
    btw, if u dont mind waiting for 1.2 final, upload manyally for now and upgrade to the final release…
