Question about fonctionnality

Hello i want to ask about some feature i’m looking for ,that i want any affiliate user , when he get the reference after subscribe as affiliate in our site, then he can give his reference to many others, and the others with that reference , in the page checkout form of woocommerce when he start pruchase , if he put that reference he can ger promotion is that possible or no … ? wish you undestand me and sorry for my little bad english
